Before You Register: Understanding Registration

  • How do I use a coupon code?

    Please navigate to the course or bundle registration page, select the button to register for it, then follow the 4 steps below:

    1. At checkout, click the link that reads: "CLICK HERE TO ENTER COUPON CODE".

    2. Enter in the coupon code in the text box.

    3. Click the "Apply" button.
    Applying the coupon will adjust the total cost. If your total has not changed, please check the coupon code was entered correctly and try applying it again. For repeated issues, please contact our Administrative Coordinator, Gaybi, at [email protected] for assistance.

    4. Once you have confirmed the coupon was applied correctly, complete checkout/registration.

    Please note you can only apply up to 1 coupon code maximum per registration.
    If you have two different coupon codes for a single course/bundle, we recommend choosing the one that saves you the most money total!

  • Is there a refund policy?

    Yes! All of the FOAT Online School policies can be found on our Policies page– which can also be found by clicking POLICIES at the bottom of this page. Please review the policies prior to registration.

  • How can I get Continuing Education (CE) Hours?

    Each program registration page contains the continuing education approval information; eligible programs are clearly identified. CE-eligible programs offered from 2025 onward through this platform are approved for NBCC CE credit.
    Focusing and Expressive Arts Institute has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7596. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. After You Register: Course Attendance and Materials

  • I haven't recieved an email with the Zoom Link... Help!

    The Zoom Link for Live programs are emailed and posted inside the online course approximately 1 week before (see question below for how to view). In addition, we send multiple emails within the week of a Zoom meeting from FOAT Online School "[email protected]". The most common issue is that these emails got filed into your Spam or Promotions folder. To avoid this, try adding this email to your contacts! Please make sure you are checking your correct email's inbox– go to your Account Information to confirm your account email is correct!

  • I only see the main registration page. How do I view course page (for recording, lessons, material, etc.)?

    Once you have signed in, click on "My Dashboard" to view all of your current enrollments. From your dashboard, click the title on the desired course card to view the course page with all course lessons and materials.
    In the example below, you would click the title "Focusing Basics", following the blue arrow.
