Description of Workshop– Loving Kindness Cards: A Mindful Creative Practice for Collective Wellbeing

In this workshop, we’ll explore how the simple act of creating and sharing Loving Kindness Cards can cultivate compassion, presence, and relational attunement—core elements of both healing and Focusing practices. Using upcycled materials such as cardboard from tissue or tea boxes, decorative papers, images, and inspiring sayings, participants will create mini collaged cards with messages of care and encouragement. These 3-inch sized pieces of art can be shared with clients, colleagues, loved ones, or even left in public spaces as a gesture of kindness. This enjoyable workshop will invite mindfulness, playfulness, and creative flow. As we craft and reflect together, we’ll discover how creating in community can become a doorway to loving presence—restoring connection with ourselves and others, one small act of kindness at a time.
